Homemade dough loaded with meats, sauce and cheese, rolled up and baked.
– all-purpose flour – warm water – unsalted butter – salt – active dry yeast – granulated sugar – marinara sauce – cheese
1. Prepare dough. 2. Roll out the dough to about rectangle.
3. Spread the marinara sauce over the dough. 4. Spread the meat in an even layer over the sauce and top with cheese.
5. Roll up the dough with toppings into a burrito placing the seam of the dough under the roll. 6. Brush top of stromboli with egg wash.
