Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a 9”x5” bread pan with parchment paper. In a bowl, beat the eggs and sugar over medium speed until mixture is fluffy.
Add mashed bananas, sour cream, oil, and vanilla to the wet ingredients. Stir with a spatula.
Add flour, cinnamon, baking soda, and baking powder. Gently mix dry ingredients to incorporate, then mix thoroughly.
Fold in the chocolate chips into the batter.
Pour the batter into the bread pan and garnish with extra chocolate chips.
Bake the bread for 45-55 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Remove the bread from the oven and cool before slicing.
