- 3 Tbsp sour cream
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- ½ tsp vanilla extract

- ½ tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup chocolate chip morsels
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a 9”x5” bread pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, beat the eggs and sugar over medium speed until mixture is fluffy.
- Add mashed bananas, sour cream, oil, and vanilla to the wet ingredients. Stir with a spatula.
- Add flour, cinnamon, baking soda, and baking powder. Gently mix dry ingredients to incorporate, then mix thoroughly.
- Fold in the chocolate chips into the batter.
- Pour the batter into the bread pan and garnish with extra chocolate chips.
