Hibachi ginger sauce is a Japanese steakhouse quality dipping sauce perfect for seafood, steaks, or vegetables.

Ingredients

freshly grated ginger

garlic cloves

low-sodium soy sauce

brown sugar

cornstarch

white vinegar
Instructions
Grate the ginger with a microplane grater and mince the garlic.
In a bowl, whisk together the ginger, garlic, soy sauce, brown sugar, cornstarch and vinegar.
Before serving, add sauce to a saucepan and cook until it thickens. Then, use it as desired.

Sauce needs to be cooked:
The sauce will thicken as it is being cooked!
Storage:
Store the sauce in the fridge for up to one week.
