water

ground chicken

oil

ginger

In a bowl, combine all the ingredients for the gyoza filling.

Layout gyoza wrappers. Add a teaspoon of filling in the center of each wrapper.

Dip finger in water and run it around the edge of the gyoza wrapper. Fold the wrapper over and seal securely.

Heat oil in a large skillet. Once the oil is hot. Add gyozas.

Flip gyozas and add 1/3 cup water and close skillet with a lid.
