The muffin batter is chocolatey, airy, fluffy, and moist combined with the chocolate chips, so GOOD!
– eggs – granulated sugar – bananas – oil – sour cream – vanilla extract
Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a muffin pan with liners.
In a bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, salt, and cocoa powder. Set aside.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs and sugar. Once combined add in the mashed bananas, oil, sour cream, and vanilla and mix until well combined.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until well combined. Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
Evenly distribute the batter between the liners.
Bake the muffins for 12-14 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean in the center of the muffin. You don’t want to overbake them.
