– lasagna noodles – mozzarella cheese – ground beef – onion – oil – garlic cloves – marinara sauce – italian seasoning – salt – ground black pepper
Cook the pasta, al dente, according to package directions. Drain and add to a 9”x13” casserole dish.
In a large skillet, saute the onion and ground beef together, breaking the meat up as it’s cooked. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant.
Pour in the pasta sauce and seasonings. Cook until meaty sauce comes to a simmer. Remove from heat.
In a bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Preheat oven to 350°F and spray a 9×13 baking dish with baking spray.
