– old-fashioned oats – whole milk – water – salt – granulated sugar – unsalted butter – desired toppings


– Add oats, milk, butter, water, salt, and sugar into a saucepan. Bring to a soft boil.

Turn heat down to a med/low and cook until creamy and soft. Stir oatmeal as needed.

Top with desired toppings and serve.
