In a large mixing bowl, sift together flour, cinnamon, and baking powder. These will be your dry ingredients.
In a separate bowl, beat sugar and butter until light and creamy, about 2 minutes. Continue beating while adding one egg at a time.
Pour the milk and vanilla into the wet ingredients and mix until combined.
Add the dry ingredients into the wet and fold to combine.
Fold the apple chunks and nuts into the batter.
Pour the mixture into the bread pan and bake for 50-55 minutes at 355°F.
Set the bread on a wire rack to cool completely.
