Ingredients

  • 2 pounds salmon fillet cut into 1 ½ to 2 inch pieces
  • 3 Tbsp oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper

bang bang sauce:

Instructions

  • Add the salmon pieces to a large bowl and drizzle with the oil.
  • Combine the salt, garlic, paprika, pepper, and season the salmon, tossing lightly.
  • In a separate bowl, combine the ingredients for the sauce and set aside.
  • Spray the air fryer basket with olive oil. Add the salmon, spread it out evenly, and air fry at 350°F for 8-10 minutes.
  • Add the sauce over the salmon bites, toss to combine.
  • Garnish with sesame seeds, and enjoy
  • Serve and enjoy friends.

Notes

  • Cut the salmon evenly for consistent cooking. Slice the salmon into uniform, bite-sized cubes to ensure everything cooks at the same pace.
  • Be gentle when handling. Salmon is delicate, so when seasoning, toss it carefully to avoid breaking or mashing the edges.
  • Avoid overcooking. Dry salmon is a no-go. Air fry just until the internal temperature reaches 145°F for perfectly tender bites.
  • Store leftovers. Keep leftover salmon bites in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
