Other Cooking Methods
Though we love cooking the salmon bites in an air fryer, I know not everyone owns one or prefers other cooking methods. Here are other ways to cook the salmon.
Add the salmon to a parchment paper-lined baking sheet and bake in the oven at 350°F for 10-15 minutes or until the cubes are cooked through.
Heat a skillet with oil and add the cubes in a single layer. Flip each salmon cube after a golden-brown crust forms. Cook on all sides until crispy and cooked through.
Expert Tips:
- Spice it up. Add a touch of extra sriracha sauce to the bang bang sauce for a spicy kick!
- Even cooking. Cut the salmon into even bite-sized cubes for even cooking.
- Handle the salmon gently. When seasoning the salmon, it’s crucial to toss it gently. Salmon is a fragile meat, and you don’t want to smush the edges.
- Don’t overcook. No one likes dry salmon, so it is vital not to overcook the salmon. Air fry the cubes until they reach 145°F.
