  1. To an oven-safe skillet, add tomatoes, garlic, and seasoning.

2. Roast the tomatoes at 375°F.

3. After 22 minutes, add the baguette slices to the bottom rack. Bake another 6-8 minutes, until baguette is crispy.

Ingredients

  • 2 pints grape or cherry tomatoes
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 8 garlic cloves sliced
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • tsp freshly ground pepper
  • ½ tsp italian seasoning
  • 8 oz burrata
  • ¼ cup lightly packed fresh basil chopped
  • 1 baguette sliced

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  • Slice garlic cloves.
  • Add the tomatoes to a skillet with a thick bottom or bottom dish.
  • Drizzle the olive oil, add the garlic cloves, salt, pepper, and italian seasoning.
  • Roast for 22 minutes and add the baguette to the bottom rack.
