The best part of this baked salmon and shrimp is how quickly it comes together with little to no prep. Thick salmon fillets are baked along with fresh asparagus spears. Once the salmon is almost done, we add the shrimp, and everything is ready at the same time.

You can absolutely make this salmon and shrimp in the air fryer! Add the salmon and asparagus to the air fryer at 400°F and cook for 4 minutes before adding the shrimp. Keep an eye on the fish and shrimp by checking after 5 additional minutes.
For the best reading, use an instant-read meat thermometer! The salmon should be at least 145°F in the thickest part. The shrimp is fully cooked once it is no longer translucent.

Baked Shrimp Salmon Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 lbs fresh salmon fillets
- 1 lb large shrimp, uncooked
- 3 Tbsp oil (olive or canola)
