Baked salmon recipes are wonderful. They are my favorite method for cooking salmon. The salmon fillet is seasoned and the oven does the remaining work, yes! This baked salmon recipe is no different. Combine a quick Parmesan Ranch mixture, generously spread it over the salmon and add grated cheese. Bake salmon and dinner is ready!

How to Make Salmon with Ranch-

Preparing a juicy baked salmon doesn’t get any easier than this recipe.

  • Combine ingredients for Parmesan Ranch spread. Cover a whole salmon fillet (or cut into individual sizes).
  • Generously add grated cheese over Ranch spread.
  • Bake and enjoy!

Ingredients
  • 2 pounds salmon fillet
  • 2 Tbsp Ranch dressing mix
  • 2/3 cup Hellman’s mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 ½ Tbsp milk
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • dash of pepper
  • 1/2-3/4 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
Instructions
  1. Heat oven to 425°F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper (or foil).
  2. Combine Ranch dressing mix, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, milk, garlic and pepper.
  3. Place salmon onto a baking sheet, spread ranch/mayonnaise mixture over salmon. Top with shredded cheese.
  4. Bake 15-18 minutes, depending on the thickness of salmon. Broil 2-3 minutes, until cheese turns a golden color.

    Wow looks really way good vala unfortunately I’m allergic to salmon would it work with another fish like cod or tilapia or flounder do wanna try it love fish and cheese
