- Combine ingredients for Parmesan Ranch spread. Cover a whole salmon fillet (or cut into individual sizes).
- Generously add grated cheese over Ranch spread.
- Bake and enjoy!

- 2 pounds salmon fillet
- 2 Tbsp Ranch dressing mix
- 2/3 cup Hellman’s mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 ½ Tbsp milk
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- dash of pepper
- 1/2-3/4 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
Heat oven to 425°F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper (or foil).
Combine Ranch dressing mix, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, milk, garlic and pepper.
Place salmon onto a baking sheet, spread ranch/mayonnaise mixture over salmon. Top with shredded cheese.
Bake 15-18 minutes, depending on the thickness of salmon. Broil 2-3 minutes, until cheese turns a golden color.
