Ingredients

2 medium beets, cooked
3 Tbsp horseradish
1/2 tsp granulated sugar
1 Tbsp white vinegar
1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

Peel and finely grate cooked beets using the fine side of the grater.
In a bowl, combine grated beets, horseradish, sugar, vinegar, and salt.
