Ingredients
1/2
pack bacon, chopped & cooked (8 oz)

cups
raw cauliflower, small florets
3
cups
raw broccoli, small florets
1/2
medium red onion, finely chopped
1
cup
mild cheddar, grated
1/4
cup
sunflower seeds
1/3
cup
craisins (dried cranberries)
Dressing-

cup
mayonnaise
1/3
cup
granulated sugar
1/4
cup
distilled white vinegar

Instructions
Cook the chopped bacon in a pan until crispy. Set the bacon on a paper towel to cool.
Cut the broccoli and cauliflower into small florets. Finely chop the onion.
Add broccoli, cauliflower, onion, cheese, sunflower seeds, cranberries, and bacon to a large salad bowl.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the salad dressing ingredients.
Add the dressing to the salad bowl, and toss.
Serve, and enjoy!
Notes
This broccoli stores well because of the broccoli and cauliflower! Meal prep this salad and enjoy as a quick and easy lunch.
Store leftover salad in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
