Buffalo Chicken Wrap

A couple of wraps cut into half, stacked on top of each other.
This buffalo chicken wrap is the perfect simple, yet delicious wrap. Each bite is full of spicy chicken, cheese, and crisp veggies.

Ingredients

  • 1 portion pan-seared chicken breast
  • cup hot sauce
  • 2 Tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1 head sliced romaine 2 cups
  • 3/4 cup diced tomatoes
  • 2 mini cucumbers julienned
  • ½ cup ranch dressing

Instructions

  • Prepare one portion of the pan-seared chicken breast, or use your favorite leftover chicken. Once cooked, slice into strands.
  • Combine hot sauce and butter. Pour over the chicken and toss to combine.
  • Heat the tortilla on a warm pan until warm and softened.
  • Layout the tortilla, add chicken, romaine, tomato, cucumber and drizzle with ranch.
  • Roll up the wrap.
  • Serve and enjoy, friends.

Notes

  • You can cook a pan-seared for these wraps or you can use shredded chicken. Leftover rotisserie chicken is perfect for quick and easy wraps. 
  • A burrito sized tortilla works best to fit all of the toppings! You can also use a low-carb tortilla for a healthier option, though those can be tougher to wrap!
  • Wrap each wrap tightly in parchment paper or plastic wrap and store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
