Ingredients for Buffalo Chicken Wrap:

Simple ingredients make the most delicious wrap.

  • Chicken breast – pan-seared chicken can be used, but you can also use shredded chicken or rotisserie chicken.
  • Hot sauce – we love Frank’s Red Hot Sauce but you can use your favorite buffalo sauce!
  • Wrap – burrito-size tortillas make this chicken wrap perfectly. You can use a healthy, low-calorie tortilla to make this wrap healthier. You can also use a spinach tortilla for extra nurtients.
  • Veggies – we love adding lettuce for a crips crunch, along with cucumbers and diced tomatoes.
  • Ranch – our homemade ranch dressing balances the buffalo sauce perfectly.

Make this wrap your own by customizing it!

  • Add bacon: Give this wrap extra flavor by adding crushed air-fried bacon.
  • Vegetables: Load your wrap up with red bell peppers, avocado, and even fresh herbs like cilantro, parsley, or dill!
  • Healthier alternative: Make this wrap extra healthy by swapping out the tortilla for a lettuce wrap, just like our easy chicken lettuce wraps.

Expert Tips:

  • Heating the tortilla: Most soft tortillas aren’t fully cooked, so it is important to heat it a little bit. This also helps seal the wrap.
  • Don’t overfill the tortilla – adding too much chicken can make the wrap heavy and tear when wrapping.
