Club Sandwich Recipe
This club sandwich recipe is the perfect stacked sandwich to make from scratch. Toasted sandwich bread, topped with a variety of deli meats and fresh vegetables. Not only is this sandwich delicious, but it also makes for a stunning presentation.
- 6 slices sandwich bread, toasted
- 1/3 cup mayo or spicy mayo
- 4 oz turkey breast
- 4 oz ham
- 2 slices white american cheese
- 6 slices cooked bacon
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 3/4 cup shredded lettuce
Lay out 3 slices of toasted bread. Spread a thin layer of mayo on one side of each bread slice.
Layer 2 oz of turkey breast on the first slice of bread and top with slices of tomato and american cheese.
Top the tomato with another slice of bread, mayo side down.
Spread a layer of mayo on the other side of the bread slice and layer with 2 oz of ham and 3 strips of cooked bacon.
Top with shredded lettuce and finish with the third slice of bread.
Secure the sandwich with toothpicks and cut into 4 slices.
Repeat once more with the remaining ingredients, serve, and enjoy!
- Switch up the meat for a change of flavor! You can use chicken, roast beef, pastrami, or pepperoni!
- Serve the sandwich with a side of fries, salad, or soup!
- Store the sandwich wrapped tightly in parchment paper.
