How to Serve a Club Sandwich

Though the sandwich in itself is hearty and doesn’t really need anything to complete it, here are some of our favorite complements to the sandwich.

Store & Reheat

  • Storage. Tightly wrap the sandwich with parchment paper and store it in the refrigerator. Eat within 24 hours; otherwise, it’ll get too soggy.
  • Freezing. We do not recommend freezing the sandwich.

Keep Sandwich Fresh

You can prepare this sandwich ahead of time. To keep the bread from getting soggy, spread the mayonnaise between the meat layers rather than directly on the bread if you’re not serving it right away.
