All it is is all the ingredients of a sandwich, chopped up into equal bite-sized pieces, tossed in a dressing, and nestled into a sub. You get all of the flavors in every bite!

How to Make an Italian Sandwich 

  • Toast the hoagie rolls on both sides. Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on each side.
  • Add layers of ham, salami, capicollo, and provolone cheese onto the hoagie. 
  • Add sliced tomatoes, shredded lettuce, and pepperoncini to the sandwich.

Ingredients

  • 2 large sub rolls
  • 2 Tbsp mayo
  • 1/4 lb ham
  • 1/4 lb Genoa salami
  • 1/4 lb capicollo
  • 1/4 lb provolone cheese
  • sliced tomatoes
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • pepperoncini
  • 1 recipe of Italian dressing

Instructions

  • Lightly toast the hoagie rolls on a pan or a toaster.
  • Spread a thin layer of mayo on each side.
  • Add layers of ham, salami, capicollo, provolone, tomatoes, shredded lettuce, and slices of pepperoncini.
  • Drizzle the top of the sandwich with italian dressing and close the sandwich.
