Italian Sub Sandwich
This italian sandwich recipe is one of our favorite easy sub sandwich recipes. A soft hoagie roll is layered with a variety of deli meats, fresh vegetables, and spicy pepperonicini.
- 2 large sub rolls
- 2 Tbsp mayo
- 1/4 lb ham
- 1/4 lb Genoa salami
- 1/4 lb capicollo
- 1/4 lb provolone cheese
- sliced tomatoes
- 2 cups shredded lettuce
- pepperoncini
- 1 recipe of Italian dressing
Lightly toast the hoagie rolls on a pan or a toaster.
Spread a thin layer of mayo on each side.
Add layers of ham, salami, capicollo, provolone, tomatoes, shredded lettuce, and slices of pepperoncini.
Drizzle the top of the sandwich with italian dressing and close the sandwich.
Serve, and enjoy!

- Store the leftover sandwich wrapped in parchment paper in the fridge for 1-2 days.
