  • 2 hoagie buns
  • ½ head of lettuce (or 1 romaine) shredded
  • 1 medium tomato sliced
  • ¼ red onion thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp sliced sweet pepper sliced
