Although very similar, aioli has a slightly different texture and is made with the key ingredient, garlic. Not only does the garlic change the flavor profile, but it also alters the texture. 

Can aioli be used as a spread? 

This garlic aioli can absolutely be used as a spread! It tastes incredible on a classic grilled cheese or even a club sandwich

Store & Reheat

  • Storage. This garlic aioli will store in the fridge for 7-10 days. Store in an airtight container or a mason jar. 
  • Freezing. We do not recommend freezing the aioli.
