Cook the sausage. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the sausage. Break up the sausage and cook until golden brown and cooked through.
Prepare the rolls. Slice the rolls in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
Layer the filling. Evenly spread the cooked sausage over the rolls, then top with the shredded cheese.
Make the eggs. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, sour cream, milk, salt, and pepper.
Cook the eggs. Heat the butter and oil in a skillet over medium heat. Pour in the egg mixture, top with the green onions, cover, and cook until the eggs are just set but still slightly jiggly. Remove from the heat.
Assemble. Spoon the eggs over the cheese, then place the top halves of the rolls on the sliders.
Brush and bake. Mix the melted butter with the garlic powder and generously brush it over the tops of the rolls. Cover with foil and bake at 375°F for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for another 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tops are lightly golden.
Serve. Serve and enjoy, friends!
