Add dressing ingredients to a dressing shaker and shake vigorously to combine. Set aside until ready to use.
Cook your pasta noodles in boiling water until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
While the pasta cooks, chop the vegetables and add them to a salad bowl.
Add the pasta to the salad bowl and toss in the dressing. Finish by topping the salad with the feta crumbles. Serve, and enjoy.
Notes
Make extra greek dressing to store for later! If you notice that your dressing is seperating, you can fix that by whisking or shaking it.
When making this side dish for a potluck, make prep as easy as can be by assembling the salad in advance, minus the dressing. Store the dressing separately until ready to be enjoyed.
Storage. Store leftovers of the dressed salad in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 3 days for maximum freshness.
