If you don’t have white or red wine vinegar, you can just use more lemon juice. 

Can you make this dressing without mayo? 

Although you can’t taste the mayonnaise, it adds a creaminess to the dressing, but you can absolutely remove it from this recipe. 

Can you use a different oil?

Extra virgin olive oil is key for this dressing recipe. 

Store & Reheat:
