Greek Salad Dressing
This homemade greek salad dressing makes the most zesty and refreshing salad dressing. Level up your homemade greek salad with this simple and delicious dressing.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 3 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp italian seasoning
- ¼ tsp ground black pepper
Instructions
- To a dressing shaker, add all of the dressing ingredients. Shake thoroughly to combine.
- Drizzle over your favorite salad and enjoy!
Notes
- You can use red wine vinegar if you don’t have white wine vinegar.
- Because of the oil in this dressing, you may notice that over time, the dressing will separate. All you have to do is shake it until it reaches the right consistency.
- Storage. Keep leftover dressing in the dressing shaker in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Homemade dressing doesn’t last as long as store-bought, so we recommend using it as soon as possible!
