Instructions
Instant Pot Method-
Place the chicken, chicken broth, taco seasoning, and salsa into the
instant pot.
Close the lid, seal and pressure cook for 10-12 minutes then pressure release.
Remove the chicken from the instant pot and shred with two forks. Place the chicken back into the juice and stir to combine.
Serve on tortillas with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
Crockpot Method-
Add the chicken breast, chicken broth, taco seasoning, and the salsa into the
slow cooker
.
Cook on high for 3-4 hours or on low heat for 6-7 hours.
Remove the chicken and shred with two forks. Place back into the slow cooker and mix to combine with the juice. Keep on warm while serving.
Serve in tortillas with desired toppings. Enjoy!
