Mango Salad Recipe

- 2 mango
- ¼ red onion
- 2 mini red peppers 1/2 bell pepper
- 2 Tbsp sliced almonds
dressing -
- 1 Tbsp finely chopped mint
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 garlic clove minced
Peel and julienne the mango, thinly slice the red onion and pepper, and add to a salad bowl.
In a bowl, mix the dressing ingredients.
Toss the mango and veggies in the dressing.
Garnish with sliced almonds and serve.
