Ingredients

salad -

  • 2 mango
  • ¼ red onion
  • 2 mini red peppers 1/2 bell pepper
  • 2 Tbsp sliced almonds

dressing -

  • 1 Tbsp finely chopped mint
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 garlic clove minced

Instructions

  • Peel and julienne the mango, thinly slice the red onion and pepper, and add to a salad bowl.
  • In a bowl, mix the dressing ingredients.
  • Toss the mango and veggies in the dressing.
  • Garnish with sliced almonds and serve.

Notes

  • Choose ripe mangoes. For the best flavor, use mangoes that are ripe, sweet, and juicy.
  • Cut ingredients evenly. Slicing the mangoes and vegetables into similar-sized pieces helps create the perfect balance of flavors and textures in every bite.
  • Adjust the seasoning. After tossing the salad with the dressing, taste it and adjust with extra salt, lime juice, or a touch of sugar if needed.
