  • ¼ red onion
  • 2 mini red peppers 1/2 bell pepper
  • 2 Tbsp sliced almonds

dressing –

  • 1 Tbsp finely chopped mint

  • 1 Tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 garlic clove minced
