Oven Roasted Broccoli
This
oven-roasted broccoli
makes the perfect healthy side dish for any entree. Broccoli is easy to make in the oven and tastes incredible when seasoned and roasted to perfection.

Ingredients

small broccoli florets

salt, or to taste

ground black pepper, or to taste
fresh lemon juice, optional

Instructions
Rinse the broccoli and cut it into even-sized small broccoli florets.
Add the broccoli to a large bowl, add the oil, salt, and pepper. Toss the broccoli until the seasoning is evenly spread out.
Add the broccoli to a lined baking sheet and bake the broccoli at 375°F for 10-12 minutes.
Finish the broccoli with a fresh squeeze of lemon juice, and enjoy.
Notes
Add-ins.
Make your broccoli extra delicious by topping the broccoli with freshly grated parmesan cheese, nuts, or bacon.
Storage.
Keep leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
Reheat.
Warm up the broccoli in the oven to get that perfect crispy texture, or reheat it in the microwave.
Freeze.
We don’t recommend freezing this dish because the broccoli will get soggy.
