Oven Roasted Broccoli

This oven-roasted broccoli makes the perfect healthy side dish for any entree. Broccoli is easy to make in the oven and tastes incredible when seasoned and roasted to perfection.

  • Rinse the broccoli and cut it into even-sized small broccoli florets.
  • Add the broccoli to a large bowl, add the oil, salt, and pepper. Toss the broccoli until the seasoning is evenly spread out.
  • Add the broccoli to a lined baking sheet and bake the broccoli at 375°F for 10-12 minutes.
  • Finish the broccoli with a fresh squeeze of lemon juice, and enjoy.

Notes

  • Add-ins. Make your broccoli extra delicious by topping the broccoli with freshly grated parmesan cheese, nuts, or bacon.
  • Storage. Keep leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.

  • Reheat. Warm up the broccoli in the oven to get that perfect crispy texture, or reheat it in the microwave.
  • Freeze. We don’t recommend freezing this dish because the broccoli will get soggy.
