how to make an iced latte -
To your mug, add shots of espresso (1-2 per cup, depending on your strength preference).
To the mug, add pumpkin puree, pumpkin spice, and vanilla. Mix until the pumpkin purée is dissolved. It’s important that the shots are hot so that the puree dissolves.
Pour in the milk and top with ice.
Notes
Get the perfect serving size: This recipe makes 2 lattes, so you can scale the portions up or down to make the perfect amount of lattes!
Don’t scald the milk! Make sure not to let the milk get to a rolling boil, or else it will burn, and the taste won’t be good.
Decorate your drink! We love to finish our latte with whipped cream, caramel drizzle, and a dash of cinnamon.
