Ingredients

egg whites

cream of tarter

tsp
vanilla extract
2/3

granulated sugar

Cocoa

chocolate chip morsels
cocoa for dusting, optional

Instructions
Preheat oven to 300°F. Cover
baking sheet
with
parchment paper
.
In a
large bowl,
beat egg whites and cream of tartar at
high speed
until soft peaks form, about 2 minutes.
Without turning off mixer, beat in the vanilla and sugar. Beat until stiff peaks form (about 3 minutes), the mixture will be glossy.
Add cocoa to the mixture and with a wooden spoon or
spatula
, gently fold in the cocoa.
Fold in the chocolate chips morsels.
Drop by heaping tablespoons onto
baking sheet
.
Bake 35-45 minutes or until dry.
