Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt 1 tablespoon of butter and 1 teaspoon of oil. Once the skillet is hot, add the shrimp in a single layer and cook on both sides until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.
Chop the shrimp up into bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl, beat together the cream cheese and 2 tbsp of butter.
Add the yogurt, hot sauce, ranch, blue cheese, and shredded cheese (reserving some cheese for topping) to the bowl and mix well.
Add the chopped tomatoes and shrimp, and fold in with a spatula.
Transfer the mixture into a casserole dish and top with extra cheese. Cover the dish with foil.
Bake in the oven at 355°F for 30 minutes, or until the mixture is bubbling.
