Total Time: 8 minutes
Servings: 5 cups

Ingredients

Lemonade-

  • 4 cups water
  • 3/4 cup sugar

Raspberry Syrup-

  • 12 oz raspberries fresh
  • 1 cups water
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups lemon juice about 7-8 lemons

Instructions

  • In a small saucepan, heat water and ¾ cups of sugar until the sugar melts and dissolves completely.
  • Set the simple syrup aside and allow it to cool.
  • Add raspberries, water, and sugar to a blender. Blend until a puree forms.
  • Strain the pulp through a sieve to get raspberry syrup.
  • To a pitcher, add lemon juice, raspberry syrup, and simple syrup water.
  • Serve over ice, and enjoy!

Notes

  • Prep ahead. The syrup water takes time to cool, so for the easiest process, it's best to make the syrup water in advance. Store the water in the refrigerator until you're ready to use it.
  • Use fresh ingredients. Use freshly squeezed lemon juice and fresh raspberries for the best flavor.
  • Level up your lemonade. Use fresh herbs like mint, rosemary, or basil to infuse your lemonade with a different flavor.
  • Sparkling lemonade. Add club soda to your raspberry lemonade to make a sparkling lemonade!
