HOW TO CUT CABBAGE? The secret to cutting cabbage for salad is shredding the cabbage with a Mandoline Slicer.
WHAT KIND OF OIL SHOULD I USE? Grapeseed oil, olive oil, Canola oil, walnut, or sunflower oil are all great to use for this salad.
1. Finely shred red and white cabbage with a mandoline slicer. 2. Cut the broccoli into small florets.
3. Dice the cherry tomatoes. Cube the cucumber into small cubes. 4. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl.
5. Combine ingredients for dressing. 6. Season salad with salt and pepper, to taste.
