Pulled Pork Sandwich Recipe
This pulled pork sandwich is the perfect way to enjoy juicy, slow-cooked pulled pork. Buttered buns are filled with juicy barbecue pork, and topped with a crisp coleslaw.
Follow our easy crockpot pork recipe and slow cooked the pulled pork.
In a large salad bowl, make the coleslaw and store in the fridge until ready to use.
Once the pork is cooked throughout, lightly butter both sides of each bun.
Toast the buns on a warm skillet until golden brown.
Add pulled pork to the bottom bun and top with fresh coleslaw and the top bun.
Serve, and enjoy.
- Storage. Keep leftover pulled pork in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 5 days.
- Reheat. Reheat the leftover pork in a warm pan. Add extra barbecue sauce if the pork looks dry. Assemble the sandwiches fresh!
- Freeze. If you have extra pulled pork, freezing is the best way to store it! Add the cooked pulled pork to a freezer-safe bag or container and store for up to 3 months. Once reheated, the pork tastes so fresh! Reheat: Thaw the pork in the fridge overnight and reheat in a warm pan.
