We like to use boneless pork shoulder but you can also use pork butt! We love our pulled pork in the crockpot, but you can also make a pork roast!
You can use a fork to check for tenderness or use an instant-read thermometer to check for the internal temperature of the pork.

You can use any of your favorite buns, but potato buns or sesame buns make the best sandwich.
