You can use your favorite greens, we used organic spring mix and it had a great mix of different greens. You can also just do arugula or spinach if you don’t have mixed greens.

What type of dried fruit do I use?

Use your favorite dried fruit or a combination of fruits (whatever you have on hand). I used craisins in the recipe. However, raisins, cherries, apricots, or mangos will all work.

Yes, you can prepare this salad ahead of time! Prepare the salad dressing and store it in the fridge. Combine the chicken salad and store in a container and store in the fridge.
