Grilling the corn with the husks on keeps the corn so juicy and flavorful. The unusual spread adds so much flavor to the corn and a great side dish to any meal for the summer months.

  • Prepare creamy spread for corn: Chop cilantro. Mix mayo, sour cream, cilantro, garlic and a squeeze of lime.
