- 1/4 cup mayo
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup cilantro, lightly packed
- dash pepper
- 1-2 garlic cloves, minced (optional)
- 6 - 12 ears fresh corn
- butter
- lime (or lemon)
- grated parmesan cheese, optional
- chili powder
