Can I make this smoothie recipe dairy free?

YES! Just substitute the yogurt and milk for dairy free options and enjoy!

Why is my smoothie so thick?

There is more fruit than liquid, just add another splash of liquid and continue until you reach the perfect consistency.

Why is my smoothie too watery?

You may have added too much milk, just add a couple more strawberries or more bananas to thick.

Why is my smoothie not blending?

When you use all frozen fruit and add ice then the frozen ingredients tend to get stuck in the blades. It’s best to mix half frozen fruit and half fresh.

Can I prepare my smoothie ahead of time?

We recommend you prepare this smoothie right before serving.

YES! You can add the smoothie into THESE popsicle liners and freeze overnight and you got yourselves popsicles the most delicious popsicles! Our kids love these.
