This Black Forest Cherry No-Bake Cheesecake is so rich and creamy with a chocolate Oreo crust, layers of cheesecake and topped with cherry pie filling. The cheesecake requires no baking and is so gorgeous. It looks like something you would purchase at an expensive bakery.

The chocolate crust combined with layers of cheesecake and topped with cherry pie filling has so much flavor in every bite.

Though it might seem intimidating and time-consuming when looking at this recipe, it truly isn’t. You can have this cake finished in just 40 minutes, true story.
CRUST:
- Prepare a springform pan.
- Finely crush Oreos with a hand-held blender, reserving four Oreos. Crush the reserved Oreos and set them aside for decor.
- Add the melted butter to Oreo crumbs and mix well, press down lightly into the bottom of a springform pan.
CREAM CHEESE LAYERS:
- Beat the cream cheeses until it’s creamy, add powdered sugar and combine.
- In a separate bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream until soft peaks form. Add whipped cream to cream cheese, beat just until combined, don’t overbeat.
- Divide the mixture evenly into two bowls. Add Nutella and cocoa powder into one of the bowls for the chocolate layer, beat until combined.
- Gently spread the chocolate mixture over the Oreos.
- Take the remaining cream and reserve about 1/4 of it for décor. Carefully spread over the chocolate mixture.
DECORATE THE CAKE:
- Add the reserved crushed Oreos around the edges of the pan.
- Add the cherry filling in the center of the piped cheesecake.
- Take the reserved cream and pipe between the Oreos and pie filling.
- Refrigerate the cheesecake for at leave 3-4 hours, until it sets. Gently run a wet knife around the edges of the cheesecake to release edges.
- Remove sides and transfer the cheesecake to a serving plate.

- Prepare 8″ springform pan. Cover bottom of the pan with parchment. Lightly spray the pan with baking spray.

- Mix cream cheeses. Add powdered sugar to cream cheese and combine.

- Divide the mixture into two bowls. Add Nutella and cocoa powder into one bowl for the chocolate layer. Mix until combined. Gently spread the chocolate mixture over the Oreos.
- Take the remaining cream and set aside about 1/4 of the cream. Gently spread over the chocolate mixture.
- Now take the reserved Oreos and add around edges of the pan. In the middle of the cake, add the canned cherries.
- Take the reserved cream and decorate between the crushed Oreos and pie filling.
- Refrigerate for at leave 3-4 hours. Gently unlock the springform pan and remove sides. Transfer the cake to a platter. Enjoy.
