tuna and egg canapes-

These canapes are super easy to make, easy to serve and everyone is happy. I particularly love these open-faced sandwiches because my children, who do not like tuna, love these! If children approve, that’s a winner in my book.

Then I like making some with cucumber, tomatoes, canned jalapenos or avocado slices. First, add a very thin tuna layer over the slice of bread, then add the sliced vegetable and top with a generous portion of tuna. So simple, yet so yummy. Add some chopped herbs before serving if desired.
