How to Make Bang Bang Chicken Skewers
The easiest step-by-step recipe:

- Make sauce. In a small bowl, whisk together mayo, sweet chili sauce, minced garlic, and sriracha.

2. Season the chicken. In a large bowl, toss cubed chicken with oil, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.

3. Cook chicken. Thread 4-5 pieces of chicken onto each skewer and arrange them in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping the chicken halfway. You should get about 8 skewers.

4. Sauce it up. Transfer the cooked chicken onto a plate and top with half of the bang bang sauce. Serve the remaining Bang Bang sauce for dipping.
