HOW TO MELT CHOCOLATE-

There are several different ways to melt chocolate, we will share two of our favorite methods.

  • Microwave– If you have a feature to melt chocolate, use that. Add the chocolate into a microwave-safe bowl and microwave. Stir chocolate about every 30 seconds until it melts, this will prevent the chocolate from being scorched and unusable.
  • Double Boiler– Fill a saucepan with water about 1/4 of the way full. Place a large glass bowl over the water and fill with chocolate. Cook over medium heat continually stirring until chocolate melts. TIP: Do not let the bowl touch the water as it’s boiling, there must be space between the two.

You can also use this KIT that has a pot that makes melting chocolate a breeze.

WHITE CHOCOLATE COVERED PRETZELS-

These pretzels can easily be made using white chocolate for white chocolate-covered pretzels.

Use white chocolate instead of milk chocolate. Melt using the same methods as we used in the classic pretzel. Dip and store the same way.
