  • Phyllo cups –  fillo pastry cups made with phyllo dough that fit perfectly in a muffin pan. Thaw the cups at room temperature.
  • Crab meat – imitation crab is perfect for this recipe, but you can also use real crab.
  • Eggs – hard-boiled eggs, diced into small pieces, add the best flavor and texture. 
  • The dressing – mayo, garlic and dijon is used for the dressing.

  • 4 oz crab meat finely diced
  • 3 boiled eggs finely diced
  • ¼ cup mayo
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • ¼ tsp dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbsp fresh dill chopped
  • Dash salt pepper
