If your gravy isn’t thickening up, you can add a cornstarch slurry. Mix water and cornstarch using a 1:1 ratio and add it into the gravy. 

Can this recipe be made in the instant pot?

Yes, you can make this recipe in the instant pot. Simply cook on high pressure for about 30 minutes.

Ingredients

chicken-

  • 2 pounds chicken breast
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper

  • 4 Tbsp unsalted butter sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 32 oz chicken broth 4 cups
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp groud black pepper
  • ½ tsp paprika

Instructions

  • Combine the ingredients and season the chicken on all sides.
