Store & Reheat
- Storage. Since this salad contains avocado, there’s always a chance that the avocados will brown while storing leftovers. To avoid this, make the egg salad without the avocado in the main bowl. Add the avocado chunks to each serving and store the main egg salad in the fridge. This salad will keep fresh for up to 3 days if stored in an airtight container.
- Freeze. We don’t recommend freezing this salad.
