This cucumber dill salad is the perfect creamy side salad. Bursting with the zest of lemon, garlic, and fresh dill, this cucumber salad makes the ideal side for any meal.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 1/2 tsp fine sea salt
  • Pinch black pepper to taste
  • 2 english cucumbers or 6-8 persian thinly sliced
  • 1/2 medium red or sweet onion thinly sliced
  • 2 Tbsp fresh dill finely chopped

Instructions

  • In a bowl, combine the mayo, sour cream, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  • Add the cucumber, onion, and dill and toss to combine.
  • Serve and enjoy, friends.
