Ingredients
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 1/2 tsp fine sea salt
- Pinch black pepper to taste
- 2 english cucumbers or 6-8 persian thinly sliced
- 1/2 medium red or sweet onion thinly sliced
- 2 Tbsp fresh dill finely chopped
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the mayo, sour cream, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Add the cucumber, onion, and dill and toss to combine.
